Is Kstars-Ekos seeing the mount under Kubuntu? Help appreciated - by: albeltrang73

I installed KStars-Ekos on Kubuntu 18.04. As expected, the program runs smoothly. I created a profile in Ekos including:

- iOptron CEM-60 mount
- Canon DSLR
- Orion SSAG (under the QHY driver)
- Microtouch focuser

Everything works fine, except the mount. In the attached image you'll find what I get.

I think that Kubuntu is not seeing the USB-serial cable. Is the QPCOM QB-UDB9. How can I make sure about this?
